LandyOnline updates the availability of the entire stock list regularly. Items that are -Out Of Stock- will be displayed as such. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product marked -In Stock-, we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.

There are times when items become temporarily -Out Of Stock-, and these items are marked as such in the site. If you order an -Out Of Stock- product, we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.

LandyOnline creates the majority of pictures and descriptions for the website. This information is copyright of LandyOnline and may not be used by any other party without express permission of LandyOnline. The LandyOnline website is provided for use only for viewing by an end user. Taking of any content or prices by automated processes, such as spidering, will be deemed as a breach of copyright and is expressly forbidden except where specifically agreed with LandyOnline or where LandyOnline had expressly requested the process.

We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturers websites, catalogs, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).

Terms and Conditions

We have a lot of foreign customers so our prices exclude VAT (Value Added Tax). Please note that for South African orders, VAT will be added to the total at checkout. While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped. Local and foreign dealers will view all prices as applicable to them - dealer discounts are already applied.

Payment

EFT and Bank deposit payments.

This is our preferred method of payment, you can pay by EFT or direct bank deposit, instructions will be given on how to deposit monies into the LandyOnline bank account. Please note, the exact amount must be paid, the payment must be identified by supplying the order number and surname in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer, no transfers must be made from ATMs, cheque deposits are subject to a clearing period. Bank deposits are accepted from outside the borders of South Africa however all charges are for the customer, unpaid bank deposit orders are cancelled after five business days.

Credit Card

LandyOnline accept VISA and MASTER credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details, your name and address when you place an order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. Should there be a problem with an order we will contact you to either pause the order or cancel it in which case you will be refunded in full.

Credit Card Security

We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.

LandyOnline offer the use of secure servers where information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology. SSL works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL and other browsers. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.

When your order is processed your encrypted credit card number is removed from the web server.

This means that there is no way that someone can obtain your credit card number from LandyOnline so you can order with confidence!

If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

LandyOnline disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.
