Shipping

We use two forms of shipping depending on location and order size. International and orders will be sent via SA Parcel Postal Air only.    All tracking numbers will be sent via email to your listed address.  

Orders within South Africa: 

Speed Services Couriers:
Orders are sent to the counter of your nearest post office.  This service takes 24 hours after dispatch. You fetch the order at the post office counter at your convenience.

COLLIVERY:
Next day service:- 24-48h Door to door service, you must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.  

Orders outside South Africa and Abroad:

SA Air Postal Services: 1 week to 6 weeks transit time, economy service     PLEASE NOTE: There is no insurance available on any shipments - especially international parcels.

Returns  

If LandyOnline supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way damaged or faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, LandyOnline must be notified, by email, within 14 days of invoice. LandyOnline will exchange the product for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product. LandyOnline will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, LandyOnline will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned product. Please note: goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear, damage in transit or incorrect use.

If you are not satisfied with your choice and the product is still in mint condition, you must return it within 14 days of receipt and LandyOnline will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) upon receipt of the returned product, after inspection and testing and a 10% handling fee.
