52 mm Hub Nut Socket - Hun Spanner

Brass Replacement Coolant and Diff Plugs

The 300Tdi engines all have plastic coolant plugs which have a tenancy to be over tightened or to become brittle during use. The new plug is a direct replacement for the plastic plug and can save you an overheated engine and a huge amount of money.

This brass plug is also used to replace the plastic diff filler plug on front and rear axles on the Discovery 2.

KUBU Shock absorbers 

Kubu shock absorbers have been in the market for a couple of years now and have been proven to be solid reliable shocks. They are Gas pressure, monotube shocks comparable to Bilstein shocks.

LT230 transfer box sump extension 

Fits all Defender, Discovery and some Range Rover transfer boxes. Gearboxes like to have lots of cool oil, this extension increases the oil capacity by 43% and helps cool the oil via external fins.

Double Rear Shock conversion Defender, Discovery, Range Rover 

This kit is an excellent upgrade for loaded vehicles - It helps the rear from bumping through in harsh roads and maintains vehicle stability at speed or through undulating turns. 

Progressive bumps stops 

All vehicles These bump stops replace the standard rubber ones, and prevent that sharp thud as the axle smacks the chassis when you hit a big bump - Specifically important on very heavy vehicles and loaded 130's.

Heavy Duty Steering Rods 

Defenders frequently bend their tie rods (The steering rod behind the front axle between the two wheels) These Tie rods and Drag links are extra thick and much stronger than the originals - Fit and forget

Heavy Duty Side Shafts 

To fit all 110 and 130 models These shafts are made of a stronger material than the standard ones, and have a press-fitted integral drive flange. You'll know if you need these or not.

Our branch manifold uses a 4 - 2 - 1 design which improves both mid range and high end torque and power without reducing torque or power at low revs. It is made of 2mm Mild steel with 10mm flanges. The manifold replaces the standard cast iron manifold eliminating that nasty constantly leaky exhaust fitting. 

You will need the services of the local exhaust shop to fit the remainder of your exhaust system to the branch manifold. It is, however recommended that you have a full 63mm free-flow system fitted at the same time to reap maximum benefit. We have convinced De Graaf Exhausts in Hermanstadt, Pretoria to make a jig for these so contact them and they will be able to make up a branch.
