We work mainly on Defenders and Discovery 1 and 2 vehicles, simply because these are the most popular (and we like them :-)

We do most work on most vehicles but we must give credit to our outsourcing suppliers as we are proud of them and they continue to give us good service.

From 2011 we will be supplying and installing a huge range of parts and accessories.

Series 1 to Series 3

We do all repairs and servicing on these vehicles except for gearbox work which we outsource.

Just because Series vehicles are generally cheap to buy does not mean that they are cheap to repair.
These vehicles are often in bad shape and the inter-related parts are worn out. Replacement parts are sometimes costly or simply unobtainable and often are not of good quality. This complicates the repair and it often takes much longer to get the repair to work properly compared to the similar job on a newer vehicle.

Since the labour rate is the same for all vehicles, the repair bill can easily exceed the purchase price of the vehicle in the first place.
Ideally, Series vehicles should be repaired by their owners to be cost effective vehicles. Some people have excellent series vehicles and are willing to pay the bill to keep then in good condition so that they can enjoy driving them.

We do not like doing extensive vehicle modifications as the costs are unjustified compared to buying a newer vehicle.
We can advise on engine improvements for improved power:

• Higher Compression
• Reprofiled Cam shaft
• Carburettor Upgrade
• Exhaust Upgrade
• Ignition Upgrade

Series vehicles are worked on under specific conditions - These are:

• There is no specific short term completion date
• You need to have sufficient budget for the repair, a tight budget is a recipe for disaster.
• It may not be perfect after completion.
• We will choose which vehicles we want to work on.

There are not many places out there that will still work on Series vehicles. Series vehicles have their place and we will still attempt to repair them under our conditions.

Defender (1983 onwards to Puma) and Discovery I and Discovery II

We do all repairs and servicing on Defender and Discovery models, main gearbox work we send to a gearbox specialist.

We stock various replacement parts including Turbos for Tdi, Td5 and Tdv6. We supply exchange Injector Pumps, Diesel Injectors, Petrol Injectors, ABS Modulator on Disco 2, Skimmed Manifolds and Flywheels.

Discovery 3

As the Discovery 3 models make their way into the aftermarket, we get them coming in for repair and servicing. Please note that all extended warranty claims must be handled by the vehicle owner - We deal only with the vehicle owner for work required and payment.
We will get all the diagnostics and special tools for Disco 3 during the first quarter of 2011.

We do not do any work on Freelander 1 or 2 or Big Body Range Rover.
